Class 1H minibeasts

We have been learning about mini beasts. We have seen pictures of ants, spiders, tarantulas, ladybirds, bees, wasps, slugs, caterpillars, moths, butterflies, worms and snails. We watched a video all about mini beasts.

We have learnt lots of interesting facts about mini beasts, including:

  • spiders have eight legs
  • tarantulas also have eight legs as they are a type of spider.
  • worms have lots of muscles which help them move.
  • slugs have no legs
  • caterpillars turn into butterflies.
  • moths can smell things which are very far away.

We are enjoying learning about mini beasts.  Here are some examples of some of our work:
