Class 5T Tutankhamun Puzzle

Our topic this term is Ancient Egypt.  We have been learning about Pharaoh Tutankhamun who was a famous Egyptian King.  Miss Heightley gave each of us a small piece of paper on which was printed a section of Tutankhamun’s death mask.  We sketched the design onto a plain piece of paper and then coloured it with paint, coloured pencils and felt tip pens. On the back of the paper was a number which we had to transfer to our copied design.

Miss Heightley and children from our class built up the picture with the individual pieces of paper to create a large image of Tutankhamun’s death mask.

We had to work in harmony to help one another out to ensure the puzzle would piece together. Mrs Callow transferred the completed picture to our classroom wall, which you can see more closely when you come to class 5T. Click on the images below to have a look:
