Lettings Spaces

The Governance Board recognises that the wider community may wish to use the school buildings and grounds. Holy Trinity C of E VC Primary School & Community Nursery (Holy Trinity School) are able to offer lettings to both commercial and non-commercial groups (subject to approval) and have the following areas available:

Large Hall

The hall is a large light and airy space with access to the outside area adjoining the school field. There are numerous power points and access to a projector, screen and speakers (additional charges apply). Tables and chairs are available for your use.

Small Hall

The small hall is situated next to the large hall and is suitable for smaller groups. It has the benefit of being light and airy and having access to the outside space adjoining the school field. There are power points and access to a projector, screen and speakers (additional charges apply). Tables and chairs are available for your use.

For a larger space, the large and small halls are separated by a partition, which can be removed to allow the letting of the larger combined space.

Facilities available to both halls

Both halls are situated in a separate part of the school and have male and female, adult and child toilet facilities opposite them together with use of a kitchen for the provision of tea / coffee and light refreshments only.

Multi Use Games Area (MUGA)

Holy Trinity School boasts a separately contained multi use games area, which is available to hire for a range of sporting activities.

School Field

In addition to the MUGA, Holy Trinity School has a large school field across two levels that is available for letting.

Car Parking

There are two car parks on site available for those using our lettings facilities. An upper car park containing approximately 34 spaces and a lower car park, which is closer to the school building and has limited spaces for up to 9 cars. Access to the lower car park can be arranged for smaller groups and for those with accessibility issues. Parking is also available in Cross Road as long as parking notices are adhered to.
